These Terms govern your use of leadlegacy.io and the services provided by Big Budgets LLC, doing business as Lead Legacy (“we,” “us”). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
Lead Legacy provides automated review-request messaging, reply handling, review-response support and reporting for businesses (“Clients”). Specific deliverables, fees and term length are set out in each Client’s order or service agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
Honest reviews only
We follow Google’s review policies. We do not offer or allow incentives for reviews, do not selectively ask only satisfied customers, and do not post or write reviews on anyone’s behalf. Clients agree not to use our services to violate these rules.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate customer and delivery information that you have the right to share.
- Have a lawful basis, including any required consent, to contact your customers by text and email.
- Complete any business messaging registration (such as A2P 10DLC) needed for texts to be sent in your business name.
- Comply with applicable laws, including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM and state privacy laws.
Fees and payment
Fees are billed as stated in your order. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled according to your agreement. Carrier and registration fees may be passed through at cost.
No guaranteed results
Review volume and ratings depend on factors outside our control, including your customers’ experiences and Google’s systems. We do not guarantee any specific number of reviews, rating, or search ranking.
Intellectual property
Our website, templates and materials belong to us. Clients keep ownership of their own business data and content.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Changes take effect when posted here with a new “Last updated” date.
