- Information you give us: your name, store name, website, email address, mobile phone number, and anything you include in a form, email, call or text.
- Information from our clients: when a store uses our service, it shares its customers’ names, phone numbers, email addresses and delivery details so we can send review requests on the store’s behalf.
- Automatic information: basic website data such as browser type, pages visited and referring site, collected through cookies and similar tools.
How we use information
- To prepare and deliver your Review Gap Audit and respond to your requests.
- To send appointment reminders, service updates and, if you opt in, text messages.
- To provide our review-request service to client stores.
- To improve our website and services, and to meet legal obligations.
SMS and mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared with subcontractors that support our service, such as messaging platforms and phone carriers, only as needed to deliver messages. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (for example, our CRM and messaging platform, email provider and payment processor), when required by law, or as part of a business transfer. Service providers may use it only to provide services to us.
How long we keep information
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law, and then delete or anonymize it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
